My New ' Must Have ' Every Morning


This is my new suppliment that I love to take every morning. It has been a month since I've tried it myself after been introduced by a friend. Kalau sebelum ni I have big problem dalam hal membuang ayaq besar everyday, now tak lagi. And for that I am very very happy. Tq ALLAH. Tq to my Virgin Coconut Oil.

Lama Tak Bersua

Salam June.

Lama nya kita tak bersama ya diary. Saya rindu. Namun masa dan kebosanan yang tah apa-apa membelenggu setiap jejari untuk membuka blog dan menekan papan kekunci.

But tonite I force myself to open it and try to jot something. Actually when you begin to write, there seems like some nice feeling that overpowered you to write more.



I've been bad this past few months. Bad in a mummy way. So lazy to cook, lazy to work on the clothes and lazy to decorate the house. Maybe it's because of the unsecured feeling of not owning the house. Maybe because of the feeling of eagerness in waiting to move in to our own house. Ahh..so many 'mengada-ngada' reasons. The truth is, I'm just lazy and just love to lay back. Hmmm

Saya Rindu


Rindu, kosong dan sunyi di sebalik keriuhan yg ada. Dah lama teman sebantal tak keluar daerah untuk satu jangkamasa yg agak panjang. Jadi kerinduan tak sempat membekas di hati. Tapi kali ni tempoh yg agak panjang dengan menempuh hujung minggu yg membosankan mampu membuat hati rasa sayu.

Memang tak seronok bila sahabat sebenar, teman bergosip, rakan berbalah tak ada depan mata. Walau kebisingan yg nyata hasil hiruk pikuk dan pergaduhan anak-anak tak ada kurangnya, namun perasaan dingin dan membeku tetap menyaluti hati.

 Inilah yang dikatakan rindu. Cepat lah balik. Saya tunggu.

Chocolate Cake

Chocolate cake is always an old time favourite in my family. Rasanya ramai macam tu kan. Bukan kanak-kanak je yg suka tp org dewasa pun suka kek cokelat ni. Tak tau kenapa. Maybe because of the rich chocolaty flavour that stimulate one tastebuds. Apa pun, resepi kek cokelat yg pelbagai versi ni memang tak putus-putus dicari dan sentiasa dicuba oleh sesiapa saja. Happened to me too. Dah try mcm-mcm version kek coklat and this is one of the tasty one. Let's browse the receipe together.

 Bahan-bahannya :
 1.6 bji telur.
 2. 250 g butter
 3. 100 g gula castor
 4. 80 oz tepung kek
 Bahan-bahan koko:\
1. 1 cwn koko
2. 1 cwn air
3. 1/2 cawan gula castor
4. 1 sudu teh vanilla

Cara-caranya :
 1. Pukul butter dengan gula hingga kembang.
2. Masukkan telur satu persatu.
3. Masukkan bahan koko yg telah di masak di awalnya.
4. Masukkan tepung dan kacau gaul dengan sempurna.
5. Tuang bancuhan ke dalam loyang yg telah digris dengan mentega dan tepung supaya tidak melekat.
6. Bakar pada suhu 170 c selama 45 minit.

Cheddar Cheese Cake


Belek-belek resepi kek, kat My resipi ternmpk kek yg Cik Mat Gebu buat satu masa dulu. Bila baca resepi dia rasa macam best jer. So, ajak Hasha buat sama-sama last Saturday. Sedap rupanya. Ramai yg setuju. Kalau rajin, boleh cuba. I did a few changers. Instead of plain cake, I mixed it with cocoa. I like it that way. For me it tasted so much better.

 Bahan-bahannya :
 1. 250 g mentega
 2. 230 g gula castor
 3. 4 bj telur gred A
 4. 80 g keju cheddar - didadu sederhana
 5. 100 ml susu uht
 6. 280 g tepung gandum
 7. 1 camca teh baking powder.  ( tak perlu jika guna tepung kek )

Cara-caranya :
1. Putar mentega bersama butter hingga kembang.
2. Masukkan telur satu persatu.
3. Tambah kan kiub-kiub keju. Gaul perlahan.
4. Masukkan tepung berselang seli dgn susu uht td.
5. Kacau hingga sebati dan masukkan ke dalam tin pembakar.
6. Bakar pada suhu 175 c selama 45 min.

Puding Trifle


Nyaman dan sedap...sejuk je turun ikut tekak. Mula-mula ingat rumit nak buat, rupa-rupanya mudah sgt. Mula-mula kena ada swiss roll yg sedap, which I bought in one of the cake house near my place. Then kena set up kan custard yg yummy for the second layer. Resepi utk layer custard boleh tgk kat bwh ni ya :

 1 tin susu cair ideal,
 1 tin air,
 3 ke 4 sudu besar tepung kastard.
 Masak semuanya bersama atas api yg sederhana. Bila dah ada tnda2 boiling, tutup api dan ketepikan.

 Untuk resepi layer jelly, sgt senang...beli aje serbuk jelly Nona perisa strawberry or any of ur choice. Masak atas api mengikut sukatan air dan cara yg ada dinyatakan di belakang kotak. Very easy rite.

 Untuk susunan puding...
 1. susun potongan swiss roll di bhg bwh dan tepi bekas.
 2. basah kan swiss roll dgn air dr buah2an campuran dr dalam tin. letak sbhgian buah di ats kek td.
 3. tuang custard dan lapis atas custard dengan separuh lg buahan campuran.
 5. tutup layer dengan jelly strawberry. Sejukkan. Besttttt.

Peach Poundcake

  

Kredit to nuree frm My resepi.com. Tak mengecewakan. Boleh cuba, sebab senang sangat and yummy in ur tummy. Rasanya sape-sape yg baru berjinak-jinak dalam bidang membuat kek pun boleh lulus with 'flying colours'. Dalam resepi asal, suruh letak ripe mangoes. Tapi stok mangga masak tak de kat rumah jadi beli peach dalam tin and gantikan. Bestttt. Jom tengok resepi dia.

Bahan-bahannya :
( untuk 4-5 org )

 100 gm salted butter
 100 gm gula halus
 120 gm tepung kek
 2 biji telur
 150 gm mango.( I used peaches)


Cara-caranya :
 1. Pukul butter dan gula sampai kembang. ( biar tukar warna putih )
 2. Dalam mangkuk lain, pukul telur mcm nak buat telur dadar.
     ( masukkan ke dalam no.1 sedikit-sedikit )
 3.Masukkan tepung kek. Gaul guna senduk kayu perlahan-lahan.
 4. Akhir sekali, masukkan peaches yg telah di dadu.
 5. Tuang ke dalam loyang yg telah dilengser dengan kertas minyak atau butter dan tepung supaya tidak 
      melekat.
 6. Bakar pada suhu 170 selama 50 minit.

Chicken Grilled With Mushroom Sauce

Love this dish. Very yummy and delicious. The chicken was grilled perfectly. The size is just nice for one person who is weight concious. But the best part of all is the fresh mexican salad and the creamy soft whipped potato that comes along with the superb mushroom sauce. By RM19.90, I can get a complete marvelous meal. The place......where else if not our favourite cozy Corcodile Rock in Kubang Buaya.

Sooo long, it was sooooo long ago ( ikut rythm ada satu lagu Inggeris ni tah apa nama tak ingat.) since I wrote something here. As usuall so many things to be done, so little time we have. Many things happened around me. Happy moments as well as tiring moments. Here are a few shots that I took on our becoming home sweet home. It's in Hijauan Perdana in Kampung Padang area. Beef Lasagna.....the receipe



Assalammualaikum everyone. Lamanya tak up date blog. Kat area Indera Sempurna ni line tak berapa cun la. So, mood memblog pun jadi tak cun la juga. Apa pun, demi sahabat2 tercinta yg request kan resepi di atas yg dibuat petang tadi, here it is....so yummy, as Iyad's review.

Bahan-bahan:

A/  300-400GM daging cincang
      bolognaise sos. ( any brand can do )
      1 labu bawang besar holland - dadu
      3 ulas bawang putih - dadu
      garam, gula,
      tomato sos,
      serbuk lada hitam
      300 ml air

1.Tumis bawang besar dan bawang putih hingga wangi.
2.Masukkan daging yg telah dibersihkan. Masak sehingga air daging keluar dan daging masak.   
3.Masukkan sos bolognaise dan air. Kacau.
4. Masukkan sos tomato, garam, gula dan serbuk lada hitam.
5. Setelah mendidih, tutup api dan angkat.

B/  2 sudu besar mentega - cairkan.
     4 sudu besar tepung - masukkan ke dalam mentega yg telah cair.
      alih kan dulu dari api, kacau guna whisk.

     2 cawan susu segar - masukkan ke dalam bancuhan tepung td dan letak semula periuk atas api. Kacau.
     6 keping cheddar cheese - masukkan ke dalam periuk berisi susu.
     sedikit garam - letak dalam bancuhan. Kacau sehingga pekat. Baru angkat.

C/ Satu kotak lasgna kering. ( any brand. I use San Remo )

Cara-cara :

    1. Lengserkan loyang dengan butter. Lapiskan dengan satu lapisan lasgna.
    2. Ambil 2, 3 senduk kecil sos daging dan lapiskan ke atas lasagna.
    3. Lapiskan pula dengan sos putih. Buat selang seli sehingga menutup loyang. ( atas sekali mesti sos putih )
    4. Bakar untuk 180 farennheit selama 40 minit.

Cuti Sekolah, Berat Badan Pun Bertambah...


Apa buat dalam cuti sekolah seminggu ni. Nothing much. Tapi.... we ate so much food. Varieties of food ! Staring from the first saturday of the holiday, kitorg balik jenguk abah di Trengganu. Kat sana, pagi hari, mestilah makan macam-macam makanan tradisional especially nasi kerabu, ayam panggang, kuih muih manis....eewww. Takutnya bila bayangkan kalori yg dah berkumpul kat dalam badan. Malamnya kami g makan kat restoran Radix Fried Chicken, yg famous dan diusahakan oleh kaum Melayu kita.

Kami di Trengganu, sekejap je. When we came back to our home sweet home, satu Kuantan kitorg g jalan-jalan cari makan. Hari Isnin tu kami tiga beranak tak termasuk darling besar pergi lunch di food court Giant. I had Claypot Mee Hoon Tomyam. Iyad had his favourite chicken chop, while my small lady had Claypot Rice with chicken. Malamnya, I cooked something nice, but sorry cant remember what it is.

The next day, we enjoy Baskin n Robins at ECM sambil jalan-jalan cuci mata. For lunch, the four of us had a sumptuous meal at de Oasis. A famous restaurant in the middle of Kuantan town. We took delicious nasi campur along with ayam masak lemak cili api , kerabu mangga, sambal belacan and ikan bakar with assam jawa. Nyum3. Belah malam, ada pasar malam kat kawasan rumah. So, I bought satay for all of us. I also bought tulang lembu to be cooked the next day.

Hari Rabu tu, kitorang jadi orang baik, duduk rumah, tak keluar ke mana-mana. I cooked sup tulang rawan, kubis goreng Indian style and fried a few fish to be eaten with sambal kicap. Mabeles2...he.he.he.

On Thursday, aktiviti jalan-jalan cari makan, kembali lagi. Kami tiga beranak ada date dengan darling besar di Indera Mahkota, near his office. Kitorang lunch date kat Juna Nasi Kukus yg tersohor di kalangan warga kerja sekitar Indera Mahkota. Terletak di kawasan kolej Shah Putra, memang full house all the time. That is our first time eating there. Memang patut penuh sokmo (bak kata orang sini la). Sedappp ! The chicken grill was crispy outside but very clearly cooked and tender inside. The gravy was very tasty too. Go go Juna !
For dinner, jangan pelik, kitorang tanpa rasa jemu, melawat lagi Jungle Food Court. This time, I had murtabak mengkasar, Iyad and darling besar had nasi goreng u.s.a and hasha had mee sup tulang. Blurrp....alhamdulillah, kenyang.

Friday, not much activity. I cooked our lunch and ate together. Darling besar tak balik makan tghri sebab dia solat Jumaat di Masjid Bukit Rangin. Malamnya, kitorang jalan-jalan sambil hirup udara malam yg segar and sangat berangin di Teluk Cempedak and makan di McD kat situ. Ramainya orang yg berjalan-jalan sambil mengerumuni penjual dan seniman jalanan di situ.

Yesterday, lepas kemas rumah, darling besar ajak pusing-pusing ECM. Bila perut dah bekeroncong, kitorang pun masuk ke Johny. Makan stimbot and kerabu mangga dia yg sooo nice tu. Cuma rasa kesian kat Iyad sebab he's the only one yg tak enjoy dengan makanan tu semua. Kami bertiga.....sukaaa. Lepas maghrib, Iyad request nak makan ikan tiga rasa kat restoran siam di Bukit Setongkol. We know the owner since Iyad was not yet born. Hubungan baik yang lama terjalin antara pekedai dan pelanggan sentiasa dipelihara ... he3.

Today, hari cuti yg akhir utk semester awal tahun ni. After we fetched Iyad from his tuition, we went to Megamall to look after darling besar new handphone. Survey2 je dulu katanya. What ever lah. Perut pun berkeroncong sbb this morning my breakfast was only a mug of Lasindah Coffee with extra milk. Diorang makan roti bakar and chicken soup for breakfast. Tapi...mana mantap perut kan. So, pusing punya pusing, we decided to grab the new cheesy prawn pizza at Pizza Hut. Thumbs up everyone. The pizza was delicious. The tempura prawns on top of the pizza were fresh n crispy. Go and try it guys before the promotions were over. Tonite....tak tau lagi nak dinner apa. But.....my stomach is still kenyang. Tak tau la malam nanti.

Wahhhh...bila baca semula entri ni, rasa macam seminggu nak puasa. Bagi balance semula kalori and berat badan yg bertambah2 ni. Tak tau lah...Apa-apa pun, we had an enjoyable and mouth watering week. Alhamdulillah ! Syukur yang teramat, atas rezeki yang ALLAH berikan pada kami. Sesungguhnya KAU lah yang Maha Pemurah Lagi Maha Mengasihi. Moga dengan limpah rahmat dari MU, kami akan menjadi hamba yang lebih bersyukur. Aminnn.

Ayam Goreng Rampai


Assalammualaikum...salam petang Isnin yg panas dan terik. Hari ni tak tau nak masak apa, so teringat bila makan kat restoran siam, selalu orde ayam goreng kunyit. Jadi, menu makan malam hr ni, kita buat ala-ala goreng kunyit tapi ada tambahan sayur kacang panjang dan sedikit hati ayam. Kita goreng kan diorang semua dalam kuali yg sama.

Senang sangat. Ayam dan hatinya digaul dgn serbuk kunyit dan garam berserta dgn bwg merah, bawang putih dan sedikit halia yg telah ditumbuk lumat. Perisakan dengan sedikit gula dan lada sulah.

Goreng keduanya, baru lah diletak hirisan bwg besar, bwg putih, kacang panjang yg dipotong serong dan hirisan cili merah. (masukkan setelah ayam kecut dan mula garing). Kacau gaul sebentar, boleh lah ditutup apinya. Sedia untuk dihidang.

Lawat Ofis Abah

Pagi tadi, lepas hantar Iyad ke tuition, kami ke ofis darling besar. He got some errands to do. Kami lepak kat situ for two hours.


Ruang pejabat yg luas, bersih dan kemas. Hujung minggu memang nmpk tenang tapi weekdays....what a blast. Busy, busy as a bee.

A New Place To Eat

 Four of us baru balik dari dinner. A new place at Jalan Mahkota. It's called ' Monrod ' .


 Nice atmosphere. Orangy color. Clean and fresh ambience.


I ordered ' Awe Mi Kuah '. Nice. It's a kind of mi rebus or mi jawa. Similar to it. The darlings ordered chicken chop and fish and chips. Do go and try it guys.

Spagheti Bolognaisse Comot


He3...this is not todays menu tapi menu kelmarin. Hari ni baru dapat masukkan entri. Tetiba teringin nak makan spagheti bolog ni sbb tengok tv nmpak iklan dia. So, kebetulan bahan - bahan nya hampir lengkap, kita on je lah dia dalam periuk. Teringat kat sahabat2. Mesti seronok kalau boleh makan sama-sama kan. Bila agaknya kita boleh buat aktiviti makan-makan lagi ya. Resepi tak yah la sbb senang sgt. I used the sauce from the famous Prego in the bottle. I just cooked it my own way and add minced meat and chery tomatoes.

Sotong Sweet Sour


This was yesterday's evening menu for my break fast. I was so tempted, when I saw this dish at the canteen yesterday at school. So, when I came home, I went to Ah Loong to buy all the nessessary items to cook it. So easy, yet delicious.

Bahan-bahan :
1. sotong - sesuai kan ikut jumlah ahli keluarga.
2. cili mesin
3. 3 biji bwg merah dan 2 ulas bwg putih - tumbuk lumat.
4. tomato ceri
5. 1/2 biji bwg besar - hiris kasar
6. 2 sudu bsr cili sos
7. 2 sudu bsr tomato sos
8. garam dan secubit gula.
9. 1 cawan air.

Cara-caranya :
1. Tumis cili mesin bersama-sama bwg yg ditumbuk lumat.
2. Biar garing. masukkan gula dan garam.
3. Masukkan kedua-dua sos.
4. Kacau gaul biar mendidih.
5. Masukkan sotong yg telah dibersihkan.
6. Biar sotong masak, masukkan air dan biar mendidih sekali lagi.
7. Masukkan hirisan bwg besar dan tomato ceri.
8. Biar bbrp ketika sebelum ditutup apinya.
